International Personnel Services Agreement (IPSA) by UNDP

The International Personnel Services Agreement (“IPSA”) is a new legal instrument established by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in order to engage the services of individuals to provide a time-limited service to UNDP under a services-based contract modality.

J'ai eu le plaisir de bénéficier du mentorat de monsieur Potin qui a gracieusement donné de son temps pour m'aider à comprendre les implications du regime du contrat en cours de négociation avec une agence onusienne. Les subtilités pour un résident français sont souvent compliqués à saisir mais beaucoup moins maintenant grace à monsieur Potin.
